Please read carefully. By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using PEA Social, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. PEA Social is strictly for adults aged 18 or older.
Eligibility & Age Requirement
PEA Social is intended solely for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to create an account or access any member area.
By using the service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all registration information you provide is accurate. We may request verification of age at any time and may suspend or terminate access where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
Accounts & Membership
Certain areas of PEA Social — including the private forum and member resources — require a registered account and an active subscription. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Keep your credentials private and do not share your account with others.
- Notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
- You may use a pseudonym — a legal name is not required to participate.
Subscriptions & Payments
Membership of PEA Social is subject to maintaining an active subscription with CrystalPrivacy. CrystalPrivacy is our third-party subscription provider and is solely responsible for managing subscriptions, billing, renewals and payment processing. Your PEA Social membership remains active only for as long as your CrystalPrivacy subscription is in good standing.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis and renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. Billing questions, changes to your plan, and cancellations are handled through CrystalPrivacy and are governed by CrystalPrivacy’s own terms and refund policy. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and your access to member areas ends when your subscription lapses. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
Community Conduct
PEA Social exists to be a safe, respectful place. When participating in the forum or any member space, you agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, dox, or discriminate against any member.
- Post another person’s private or identifying information without consent.
- Share content that is illegal, non-consensual, or depicts minors in any way.
- Solicit, advertise, or facilitate activity that is unlawful in your jurisdiction.
- Attempt to de-anonymise, screenshot, or redistribute member content outside the community.
What is shared in the community is expected to stay in the community. Violations may result in immediate suspension or removal.
Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant PEA Social a limited, non-exclusive licence to host and display that content within the service for the purpose of operating the community.
You are solely responsible for what you share and confirm you have the right to share it. We may remove content that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe puts members at risk.
Privacy & Data
Protecting member privacy is central to how we operate. We do not sell member data and we do not disclose member identities except where strictly required by law. Our full Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
Moderation & Enforcement
Our moderation team may review, edit, or remove content and may warn, suspend, or terminate accounts to protect the community. Wherever practical we aim to act proportionately and transparently, but we reserve the right to act immediately in cases involving safety, legality, or member protection.
Some moderation may be carried out with the assistance of automated tools and artificial intelligence, which help us detect prohibited content and potential violations at scale. Automated systems may flag, filter, or remove content and may temporarily restrict accounts. Where practical, significant enforcement decisions are subject to human review, and you may contact us to request that a decision affecting your account be reviewed by a member of our team.
Third-Party Services
PEA Social relies on third-party providers for payments, privacy infrastructure and hosting, and may link to external resources. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of those third parties, and your use of them may be governed by their own agreements.
Disclaimers
PEA Social provides community, information and peer support. Content shared by members or the association is for general informational purposes and is not legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. You should seek qualified professional guidance for your specific situation.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Private Entertainers Association and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may stop using PEA Social and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or where we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect members or comply with the law. Certain provisions — including conduct, disclaimers and liability — survive termination.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify members. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
